Send several complaint letters on the SUBJECT to the various 
agencies which contaih dossiers. These can come from different 
states. In these complaints tie SUBJECT CAT into terrorism, inter 
national travel, tax evasion, theft, drugs, violence, etc., etc.

If the dossiers are retrieved, arrange a large press conference 
in J),C. to expose the absurd computor dossier complex, if the 
dossiers cannot be retrieved, do Target 11. PRL Us 


At the point where the government thoroughly refuses to make 
their national security or investigation files available, and 
nothing further can be gained, a lawyer can file a request which 
claims false and mistaken information, etc., to force the issue

Make packs of documentation, photographs and a rundown of the 
story which ridicules, available for the media. Have the SUBJLCT
